It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol S. Lowery of Lima, Ohio, born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on November 1, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Savage and Carol Savage (Pugh). She is survived by : her husband James D. Lowery; her children, Becky Delacruz (Eric Jones) of Lima, Antony Lowery of Lima and Adam Lowery (Michelle) of Wapak; and her siblings, Jo Anna Forsythe, Elizabeth Hinkle, Mary Gammell (Keith), Diana Defibaugh and Paul Savage (Donna). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
