She is survived by: her children, David Ray Perkins (Kim) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Dale Perkins (Ann) of Bellefontaine, Darrell Perkins of Lima and Alicia Schultz (Paul) of New Market, MN; her grandchildren, Danielle Schultz, Kirsten Ecker (Kyle), Meaghen Schultz, Connor Perkins (Taylor), Ryan Perkins (Rebecca), Hailey Chambers (Cole) and Luke Perkins (Abby Cosart); and her siblings, Galen Stoodt of Lima and Janet Stoodt of Columbus.
