He was predeceased by : his parents, Timothy P. Moore and Patricia L. Moore Blue (Kindle); and his uncles, Harold "Macky" Kindle and Larry "Butch" Kindle. He is survived by : his siblings, Lisa Fox (Vern), Tim Moore and Todd Moore; his uncle Jack; and his aunt LaDonna Kindle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
