He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bourne and Florence "Flossie" Bourne (Cook); his siblings, Tom Bourne, Richard Bourne (Rosie), Mildred Bourne and Helen Micha (Owen); his siblings-in-law, Jim Hawk (Peggy) and Marlene Spence; and his in-laws, Leonard and Blenna Hawk.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Kolene" Bourne (Hawk) of Lima; his children, Chuck Bourne (Cindy) of Wapakoneta and Blenna Mischelle Lacy (Robert) of Lima; his grandchildren, Hilary Grunden (Walter) and John Bourne (Kendra); and his sisters-in-law, Margie Bourne and Donna Arlene Bruno (Michael).
