Alspaugh (Pat) of Marion, OH; his nieces and nephews, Heidi Alspaugh, Jason Alspaugh, Ann Omar and Jocelyn Alspaugh; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Devin Williams, Theodore Alspaugh (Jessie), Rex White, Caleb Alspaugh, Gabrielle Frank and Ibrahim Omar.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
