He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas, and Annie Ruth Thomas, Sr.; and his siblings, John Thomas, Jr. (Janice), Anthony Thomas, Brenda Thomas (Gary Summers), Pam Grant (Raymond), Michelle Thomas and Denise Thomas.
He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Upshaw (Lucius), Vickie Thomas and Steve Thomas (Amy); and his stepbrother Quincy Peoples. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hanneman-Siferd Funeral Home (506 N Cable Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
