He is survived by: his brothers, Glenn Dukes (Eva) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Elder Phillip Dukes (Moira) of Champaign, Illinois, Steve Dukes of Lima, Ohio, James Dukes Jr. (Evelyn) of Lima, Ohio, Ned Dukes (Gloria) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Scott Dukes of Dayton, Ohio.; and his close friends, Gizzo Simpson, Lawrence Bryant and George Lovelace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
