She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrey Warren and Adron Warren (Owens); her sons, William T. Bates, Jr. and Larry A. Bates, Sr.; and her sister Francis Ann Warren.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony S. Bates of Lima and Kenneth R. Bates of Lima. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. (1302 Oakland Pkwy, Lima, OH 45805). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (3000 Harding Hwy, Lima, OH 45804).
