He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Cyrus and Katharine Clara Rockey (Bauer); his wife Nancy J. Perry; and his brothers, Raymond, Herbert and Donald.
He is survived by: his son Greg Rockey (Carol); his grandchildren, Angela Foor (Mark) and Travis Rockey (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Madelyn Foor, Jackson Rockey, Mason Foor, Miles Foor and Harper Rockey.
Memorials may be made in Clinton's memory to Mercy Health-Lima Hospice.
