He was predeceased by: his mother Mary McDorman (Barber); his siblings, Barbara Wedertz and Johnny McDorman; and his brother-in-law Wayne Barrick. He is survived by: his wife Carol D. McDorman (Longbrake); his children, Stacy Lewis (Jim) of Lima, OH and Scott McDorman (Jodi Rupert) of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Bethany Oen (Stephen), Evan Lewis (Olivia), Gabriella Lewis, Brody McDorman, Addison Lewis (Blake Gratz) and Trey McDorman; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Ryder, Greyson, Emberly, Scarlett, Ezekiel, Emelia, Grace and Evelyn; his siblings, Patty Barrick of Toledo, OH and Craig McDorman (Kathy) of St. Marys, OH; and his brother-in-law Gene Wedertz of Kenton, OH..
