He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Davis and Elaine R. Davis (Young). He is survived by: his former wife Paulette Cook (Cookie); his daughters, Kelli K. and Karen L. Davis; his wife Kathy Shaw (Buetner); his stepdaughter Beth Graham (Scott); his grandchildren, Brayden Lybarger, Colton and Lacey Graham; and his brother Richard Davis (Gloria). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
