He is survived by: his wife Paula Noble (Taylor) of Lima; his daughter Angie M. Woodring of Wenatchee, WA; his grandchildren, Austin, Kaleb, Gavin and Callie Woodring; and his siblings, Wanda Young, Elmer Noble (Joyce), Omea Hicks, Arvel Noble (Diane), Rickey Watkins (Fred), Carl Noble (Janie), Kenneth Noble, Charles Noble Jr. (Stephanie), Lina Art (Arron), Diane Kassle (Joe) and Bitler Noble. He is also survived by Many cousins, nieces and nephews.
