It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David R. Kinworthy (Lima, Ohio), born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kinworthy and Dorothy Kinworthy (Ripper); his children, Keith Kinworthy and Kathleen Kinworthy; and his siblings, Dennis P. Kinworthy and Thelma Ann Mathews.

He is survived by: his wife Carlene Kinworthy (Huston); his daughter Christine Kinworthy (Phil) of Dublin; his stepchildren, Rob Brunk (Ruth) of Toledo and Jessica Hylander (Brian) of Springboro; and his grandchildren, Brandon Kinworthy (Ann), Elizabeth Brunk, Graysen Hylander, Dashel Hylander and Tori Brunk.
