Dawn Maitlen Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Dawn Maitlen (Lima, Ohio). Dawn, born on June 2, 1950, passed away on August 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Adams and Lynda Adams; and her husband Donald Maitlen. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey L. Maitlen of Princeton, TX, Melynda C. Prater (Fred) of Princeton, TX and John R. Maitlen II of Princeton, TX; her grandsons, Joshua Prater of Dallas, TX and Jared Prater of Princeton, TX; her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Anderson, Shane Adam Prater and Jessica Prater; and her siblings, Glen Adams, Vicki West and Kathy DiMaria. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (3000 Harding Hwy, Lima, OH 45804).
