He was predeceased by: his parents, Mauritz Carlson and Grace Carlson (Holcomb); and his brothers-in-law, Steven Perrin (Carol) and Billy Everett, Jr. (Joan). He is survived by: his wife Janet Kayser Carlson; his children, Jordan Carlson (Anne) of Cary, NC and Suzanne Carlson Hays (John) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Jonah, Ethan, Lauren, Sarah Carlson and Sophia Hays; his siblings, Eric Carlson (Bonnie) of Lima, Carol Kiley (John) of Lima and Janet Carlson of Lima; and his sisters-in-law, Joy Burdette (Jerry) of Coolville, OH and Joan Everett of Belpre, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to Dental Lifeline Network or First Baptist Church, Lima.
