He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Smith and Eileen Smith (Focht); his wife Joyce Smith (Marker); his brother Larry Smith; and his brother-in-law Blair Smith.
He is survived by : his sons, Greg L. Smith (Carole) of Lima, OH, Tony W. Smith (Susan) of Lima, OH, Ronald E. Smith (Shari) of Lima, OH and Richard D. Smith of Hollywood, CA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
