She is survived by: her husband Erik Guzik; her children, Lindsey Drexler (Jacob) and Kyle Moore (Jordan); her stepchildren, Cassandra Guzik and Clay Guzik; her grandchildren, Jadyn, Kaiden, Landon and Lucas; her brothers, Jack Daniel and Sean Daniel; and her pet Gracie Lea.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Allen County Humane Society.
