He is survived by: his wife Connie Mault of Elida; his daughter Tracy Smith of Lima; his grandchildren, Adam Smith of Spencerville and Isabel Mault of Elida; his brothers, Mark (Kathy), Elvis (Theresa) and Brad Mault (Lisa); his daughter-in-law Carla Mault; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Mault. He is also survived by numerous aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
