He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Dominic and Verda Yvonne Phalen (Miller); his daughter Tonya Michelle Satterfield; and his sisters, Ada Everhart and Linda Lou Quick.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Phalen (Annette) of Lima, Elinda Owens of Hazzard, KY, Brad Phalen (Crystal) of Jarrell, TX, Dwayne A. Keehn of Lima and Jessica S. Phalen of Lima; and his sisters, Carol Hepner, Marlene Wren and Nancy Prater. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many special friends.
No public services and planned and memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to help with cost via family pay on this website..
