She is survived by: her son Matthew Spradlin of Lima; her grandchildren, Stephen Siemer (Jamie) of New Hampshire, Brandon Spradlin of Lima, Zachary Sneed of Lima, Nathan Spradlin of Lima and Tess Ann Felver of Lima; her great grandchild Ever Wilde Spradlin; and her sister Vicki Wolke (Tony) of Ada.
