He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillon Staas, Sr. and Pauline Mae Bryan Fess. He is survived by: his wife Helen Staas (Stoddard); his children, Dillon Staas (Becky), Guy Staas (Sandy), Janie Strasser (Leon), Karl Staas (Cheryl), Donald Staas (Theresa), Shara Bowsher (Dennis), Nora Williams (Danny) and Ginger Fox (Doug); his friends, Jeff and Teresa Grog; and also, Conner and Summer. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren; and 65 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or St. Rita's Hospice of Lima.
