He was predeceased by: his father Ronald E Young, Sr.; his siblings, Ronald Jr., Debra Young and Karen Sendelbach; and his stepfather Glenn Allemeier.

He is survived by: his daughter Taren Starbuck (Dylan) of Lima; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Young, Keeghan Moorman and Brantley Starbuck; and his sister Barb Coil (Mike) of Delphos.
