He was predeceased by: his daughter Carmen Renee Davis. He is survived by: his wife Janet "Jan" Davis (Miller); his children, Tamara Sue Rhoad and Douglas Carl Davis; his grandchildren, Kyle Rhoad, Jonathon Rhoad (Kim), Carla Rhoad, Amanda Rhoad, Andrew Rhoad (Krista) and Kody Davis (Hayla); and his great grandchildren, Emree, Elias, Ezra, Ella and Zion.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Lima Baptist Temple.
