He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Buck" Fields and Gladys Fields (Clevenger); his siblings, Rita Wilson, Bill Fields (Joan), Deanne Thompson and Mary Ann Fields; and his sister-in-law Connie Gordon (Jim).
He is survived by: his wife Sharis J. Fields (Baker) of Lima, OH; and his children, Eve Koby (Mike) of Wright City, MO, Francie Mason, Drew Fields (Kelly) of Ft. Jennings, OH and Jerry Fields (Lorena) of Lakewook, CA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
