She is survived by: her husband Charles Walk of Lima, OH; her children, Janel Dunn (James "Jim") of Waynesfield, OH and Cheryl Walk of Lima, OH; her grandchildren, Justin Weltmer of Lima, OH, Jenna Weltmer of Lima, OH and Jayden Weltmer (Sierra) of Lima, OH; her siblings, Beverly Hodge (Carlos) of Phillipsburg, NJ and Marilyn Perry of Cridersville, OH; and her great grandchild Evelyn Hern.
