She was predeceased by: her parents, Parry McIntosh and Maggie McIntosh (Hallen); and her brothers, Jim and Roy McIntosh. She is survived by: her children, Cash J. "Junior" Johnson of Lima, Maggie Burke of Pennsylvania, Doug Johnson of Lima, Donald Johnson of Lima, Ronald Johnson of Lima and Chuck McDonald of Edgerton, OH; and her sister Dora Turner of Kentucky.
