Smith (Umique) of Lima, OH, Courtney Smith of Columbus, OH and Ashayla Smith of Lima, OH; his stepchildren, Kenneth Velazquez Rivera of Lima, OH, Jamakah Crockett of Lima, OH, Alondra Velazquez Rivera of Lima, OH and Ninoshka Velazquez Rivera of Lima, OH; and his siblings, Edward Smith (Lachivana) of Indianapolis, IN and Tambra Smith of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
