Esther Ruth Schott Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Esther Ruth Schott in Lima, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 1, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Schott and Laura Schott (Nittrouer); and her siblings, Clem and Lois. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Edith "Edie" Schott (Campbell); her nieces, Kristina (Rodney Craig) of South Bend and Audrey (Mike Lawrence); her great-nephew Stephen; her nephew Larry Joyner (Linda); and her family Mike Lawrence. She is also survived by her family and church friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home (920 N Cable Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Christian Mission Center, or Lima First Missionary Church.
