We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2023, at the age of 80, Gary Lee Bechtel of Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his children, Gary L. Bechtel Jr. and Carrie Lynn Bechtel; and his brother Dean Bechtel. He is survived by: his children, Randy Bechtel (Sue) and Brenda Meyer (Jim); his grandchildren, Alayna Bechtel, Brandon Meyer and Austin Meyer; his siblings, Jim Bechtel (Sondra) and Karen VanHorn (Harold); and his sister-in-law Sharon Bechtel.

Memorial contributions may be made to Interim Home Hospice.
