With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Georgia Mae Thines (Lima, Ohio), born in Fort Jennings, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Henry and Philomena Mary Nichols (Knueven); her husband Virgil E. Thines; her children, Theresa A. Basinger and Lawrence Thines; and her siblings, Kermit Nichols, John "Johnny" Nichols, Milton Nichols, Oswald "Bud" Nichols, Edna Hedrick, Virginia Eickholt and Germaine Lammers.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Thines (Jenifer) of Lima, Lucy Garland (Randall) of Elida and Amy S. Pina (Richard) of Mesa, AZ; her daughters-in-law, Jenny Thines and Shelley Thines; and her sisters, Joan Baxter of Buford, GA and Suzanne McGue of Delphos. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Altar Rosary Society at St. Gerard's Catholic Church.
