She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest John and Carol Ann Welch (Huls); her siblings, Sherri Welch, Chris Welch (Becky Fridley) and Jeff Welch; her parents-in-law, Kenneth Green and Patricia Lamb-Green; and her siblings-in-law, Deb Cullum, Denise Green and Jeff Green.

She is survived by: her husband Kevin Green; her son Nathaniel Green (Carla); her grandsons, Nathaniel, Xavier and Ethan Green; her great grandchildren, Zacari Green and Jasper Springer; her siblings-in-law, Beth Opperman (Daryl), Steve Green (Twyla), Heidi Warren (Wayne) and Perry Welch; and her nieces and nephews, Lorren Welch (Tim Hagen), Nick Welch (Erica), Chris Welch (Samantha) and Blair Saico (Akira).

Memorial contributions in Gina's honor may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
