He is survived by: his wife Nancy R. Adams of Elida; his children, Pam Sterling (Chris), Greg Adams (Lynne), John Adams (Natalie) and Julie Smith (Steve); and his sister Norma Hayes.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (3000 Harding Hwy, Lima, OH 45804).
