She is survived by: her close friend Lee Tolbert of Lima, Ohio; her sons, Ronnie Shurelds of Lima, Ohio and Darion Shurelds (Tashanna) of Lima, Ohio; her siblings, Curtis Smith of Lima, Ohio, Wayne Smith of Lima, Ohio, Carolyn Henson (LeWayne) of Toledo, Sandra Smith of Lima, Ohio and Ricky Smith of Lima, Ohio; her uncle Richard (Debra); Tameeja Vasser of Lima, Ohio.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
