He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Keykens and Christina Keykens (Geluykens); his spouse D. Jeanne Keykens (Meyer); and his siblings, Maria Josephine Hicks, Alfons Keykens, Victor Keykens, Emil Keykens and Lisette Keykens.

He is survived by: his siblings, Willy Keykens (Ivolene) of Sidney, OH and Joanne Butcher of Lima, OH. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or American Heart Association.

Henrie was a kind and gentle man with a heart of gold that touched so many lives. He will rest in eternity in heaven with many family members. He was always there to help any one in need.
