He was predeceased by: his grandmother Barbara Jean Hunsaker (Eversole); and his great-grandparent Leonard Deal. He is survived by: his parents, Gus Paxson of Bluffton and Candi Hopkins (Hunsaker); his siblings, Wyatt Paxson, Tanner Paxson, Lane Paxson, Lily Paxson, Devyn Hopkins and Caleb Hopkins; his grandparents, Walter, Barbara Paxson of Harrod and Dennis A. Hunsaker of Lima; his great-grandparents, Marilyn "Jean" Deal of Harrod and Sonja Eversole of Findlay; his aunts and uncles, Krista (Tom Golden), Dustin (Lindsey Hunsaker), Marcus (Doris Paxson), Maria (Leif Kibele), Darla (Steve Brumfield), Chris (Jessie Paxson), Emily (Oscar Garza) and Paul (Judy Rodriguez); and his pet Ace. He is also survived by many great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for establishing a football scholarship at Allen East in Hunter's name.
