He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Black and Leona Black (Tallman); his brothers, Norman Black (Rebecca), Russell Black (Barbara), Paul Black (Margaret) and Butch Black (Midge); his in-laws, Robert and Betty Bailey; and his sister-in-law Sandra Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Black (Bailey) of Lima; his children, Rhonda Blevins (Jerry) of Lima, Ronald Black (Suzy) of Bellefontaine and Douglas Black (Cindy) of South Bend, IN; his grandchildren, Adam Blevins (Jennifer) of Marysville, Eric Blevins of Lima, Corey Black of South Bend, IN, Tyler Black (Muriel) of Bluffton, Stephanie Black of Indianapolis, IN, Katie Smith (Tyler) of Fairborn, Brady Burden of Cleveland and Morgan Burden of Columbus; his great grandchildren, Carson, Cheyenne, Alec, Eden, Hudson, Josey, Amayiah, Everett, Oliver, Chad, Jordie and Bruin; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Bailey (Luanne) of Findlay and Charles "Lanny" Bailey (Janet) of Elida. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
