He is survived by: his wife Susie Johnson (Williams) of Lima; his son Jack D. "Skip" Johnson, Jr. of Parma; his stepchildren, Kevin L. Triplett (Tammy) of Deerpark, WA, Jeff A. Triplett (Tina) of Wapakoneta and Melinda S. Winklejohn (Tom) of Lima; his grandchildren, Jessica Taylor (Aaron), Cody Winklejohn, Ashlee Plaugher (Randy), Ty Johnson, Amber Friemoth (Barry), Ashly Schipper (Stephen), Kevin Triplett, Jr. (Virginia), Caitlind Caldwell, James Triplett (Jordan), Seth Triplett (Hannah), Caleb Triplett and Hope Triplett; his sister Vicky Crisman (Paul); and his sister-in-law Linda Johnson. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
