He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Rigel and Alice Rigel (Brewer); and his brothers, Jim and Jerry Rigel. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Rigel (Susan) and Jon Rigel; his grandchildren, Miranda, Emily, Amara and Isaiah; his sister Grace Woolley; and his sister-in-law Pat Rigel.
