He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elkins Hubbard and Carolyn Fay "Boo" Cooper; and his stepfather Starling Boddie. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Hubbard (Manley); his children, Honora D. Manley (Melvin Love) of Lima, OH, Tamiko K. Hubbard of Lima, OH and James Lamond Hubbard of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Bryan Upshaw Jr. (Dystinee Ramos), Deshun Little Jr. (Alexus Webb), Yavi Manley, Dyqwanna Hubbard, Jaywanna Hubbard (Mike Thurman), Dren'ta Moore, Breanna Hubbard, Lamonica Hubbard, Lamond James Hubbard and Lariah Hubbard; his sisters, Teresa Henry (Dennis) of Lima, OH and Bonnie Boddie of Lima, OH; his aunts, Sybleane Cooper-Cherry of Detroit, MI and Esterine Cooper of Russellville, AL; and his brother-in-law Leonard Bingham of Lima, OH.. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
