He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Muter (Shawn) of Lima, Jim Highland (Cindy) of Lima and Melissa Richards (Brian) of Elida; and his brother Arthur Highland (Connie) of Tennessee. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
