O'Neil of Lima, OH and Kimberly Dawson (Antonio) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Sierra Page, Audrianna Bisbee, Jamar O'Neil-Wash and Aja Dawson; his great grandchildren, Mason Maybin and Kacillia Bisbee-Middlemiss; his siblings, Julia Mangette (Mike) of Lima, OH, Shawn O'Neil (Vicki) of Lima, OH, Steve O'Neil (Denise) of Dayton, OH, Bill O'Neil of Nacona, TX, Laura Jasso (Ray) of Brownsville, TX and Leslie Perez-Guerra (David) of Temple, TX; and his sister-in-law Nancy Leatherman of Lima, OH. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
