He is survived by: his children, Jeff Perine of Lima, Craig Perine of Lima, Sandra Minix (Leonard) of Lima and Kirk Perine (Liliana) of Lima; his grandchildren, Robert Perine of Hiliard, James Perine of Lima, Grecia Perine of Lima, Heather Sousley (John) of Ada, Trisha Rader (Chris) of Lima and Stephanie Smith (Richard) of Kentucky; and his sister Marianne Perine of Buckeye Lake. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
