He is survived by: his parents, Rodney Frazier and Robin Frazier of Lima; his brothers, Ryan, Jordan and Justin; his grandmother Margie Lewis of Cleveland, Ohio; his aunts and uncles, Michael Taylor (Sandra) of Spring Hill, TN, Renee Kelly (Jerry) of Birmingham, AL, Rochele Terry of Montgomery, AL, Bobby Terry Jr. (April) of Fuquay Varina, NC and Willie Terry III (Kathy) of Montgomery, AL.; his great-aunts, Rose Duncan of Jamaica, NY and Gladys Marfo of Columbus, OH; his great-uncle Ernest Terry (Carol) of Augusta, GA; his aunts and uncles, Jean McKee of Mayfield, OH, Terry Frazier of Austin, TX, Eulas Frazier Jr. (Margarette) of Cleveland, OH, Renee Glover of Columbus, OH, Karen Frazier of Euclid, OH, Tyrone Frazier (Sharon) of Livonia, MI, Renatta Swasey of Belleville, MI and Harold Bullock of Severn, MD; and his great-aunt Dorothy Bogan.
