She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ansley and Artie Ansley (Crawford); and her siblings, James Ansley, Joan Cox (Gerald) and Jane Ansley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Erica Walitsch (Ken) of Portland, OR, Alicia Tighe (Felix Correa) of Tacoma, WA and Tara Price (Jesse) of Lima; her grandchildren, Jameson Price, Isaiah Price and Gracie Perez-Price; her nieces and nephews, Stacey Cox, Nathan Cox, Douglas Ansley and Laura Ansley; her sister-in-law Annette Ansley (Rick Matthews) of Lakeview; and the father of her children Duane Hamilton.
