He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry A. Dye, Sr. and Gladys Dye (Light). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dye of Lima; and his sons, Clifford Dye (Nancy) of Lima, Michael Dye (Cynthia) of Mesa, Timothy Dye (Penny) of Pontiac and Douglas Dye (Brenda) of Van Wert, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made to Putnam County Hospice or the Bath Fire Department.
