She is survived by: her children, Gregory Fields of Lima, OH, Beverly Wheeler (Mike) of Traverse City, MI and Sandra McPartlan (John) of Brewster, MA; her grandchildren, Chad Fields (Janelle), Jason Fields (Jess), John McPartlan (Elena) and Mary McPartlan; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Calvin, Clayton, Logan, Lilly, Harper, Ebbie and Gabriella.

Memorial contributions may be made to Lima's Samaritan House, 328 West McKibben Street, Lima, Ohio 45801.
