He was predeceased by: his mother Helen L. Kerner Hibbard; his stepfather Lester Adkins; and his brothers, Rick Hibbard, Ronnie Hibbard and David Hibbard.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Hibbard (Tracy) of Cridersville, Stephanie Hibbard of Lima and Alexis Hibbard of Lima; and his sisters, Pam Burchett (Steve) of Lima and Tammy McConnell of Lima. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
