He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Lewis (Rae) of Lima, OH and Jim Lewis (Stacy) of Lima, OH; his sisters, Shirley Hartman of Vancouver, WA and Connie Stewart of Vancouver, WA; his grandchildren, Britany Bourk (Brian), Carrie Blue (Brandon), Adam Lewis (Maegan Leggett), Bethany Oen (Stephen), Evan Lewis (Olivia), Gabby Pheneger (Landon) and Addison Gratz (Blake); Sherrie Lewis of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
