He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence D. Ulrey and Rebecca "Becky" Ulrey (Grey); his grandson Tommy Anderson; his son-in-law Dale Vermillion; and his brothers, Donald "Don" K. Ulrey and Rodney L. Ulrey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandie Rose, Kathy Ulrey (Jeff Agner) of New Hampshire, OH and Renee Vermillion (Justin Hardesty) of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Wesley Ulrey (Sierra), Dylan Hopkins, Cheyanne Lambert (David Merz), Madison Agner, Sean Agner, Brice Anderson and Taylor Anderson; his great grandchildren, Owen, Vincent and Sylas; and his brother Brian Ulrey (Diana) of Lima, OH.. He is also survived by his children and cherished his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Shawnee Chapel (1170 Shawnee Rd, Lima, OH 45805).
