He was predeceased by: his parents, John H., Sr. and Ressie McIntyre (Thacker); and his brother John H. McIntyre, Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Steven L. Williams of Lima; his siblings, James McIntyre (Lisa) of Sandusky, Jonna Siferd (Rick) of Findlay and Jennifer McIntyre of Fostoria; and his siblings' children, Brandi Anderson (Kurt), Jimmy McIntyre (Paige), Ryan McIntyre (Heather), Austin Siferd, Ricky Siferd and Rachel McIntyre.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
